Rainbow Dash going on a little stroll in the clouds.
During the last several months I have practically fallen in love with MLP:FiM. And by now, especially as I started watching the Cutie Art Crusaders episodes cutieartcrusaders.deviantart.c… I really wanted to create some fanart of my own.
There is no special reason for her wings being Nightmare Moon-like, I just really like their design and thought it fitted the night theme.

This was the fasted and easiest piece I have ever done, but it was also by far the most enjoyable and the one I am happiest with.
This is the first time I have ever painted a background, it was surprisingly more fun and interesting than I had expected. I think it came out fairly well.

You know, you're right. Your Rainbow Dash looks much more pleasant with the color choice. Very nice picture
